“We have done business with Integrity for over twenty years. Over that period of time the serving staff has occasionally come up short. Very occasionally. However the core values of this store are rock solid. Recently we left our venerable chain with them for a winter tune up. When I called for it I was notified that they had had a theft and that our chainsaw left with the burglars. I prepared myself for the usual dodge and weave tactic which almost all retailers adopt when they have to resolves a problem for which they are completely responsible. No such thing occurred with Integrity. They accepted full responsibility in spite of the fact their insurance did not cover the theft. We were given a beautiful, new, upgraded chainsaw along with extra cans of chainsaw fuel. All this was done with courtesy. We thank the entire staff at Integrity for all their good work over the years, and assure them we appreciate their Integrity.”
